Legal and Professional Malpractice:
We protect the rights of people who have suffered injury or damages because of the negligence or carelessness of a professional. Our office specializes in handling malpractice claims involving attorneys, dentists, registered nurses in a Medical/Laser Treatment Spa setting, architects, real estate brokers and agents, accountants and other professionals.
Attorney Jerry Barron has been an "advocate" member (the highest level member) of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the California Medical Legal Committee, an association of "the inner circle of 60" medical and hospital malpractice defense lawyers. He was named as a Northern California Super Lawyer and is a member of the California and San Francisco Bar Associations.
Jerry has tried, as Lead Counsel, over 60 cases (including complex cases) to juries involving legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, intellectual property, business fraud, and various types of torts and personal injury.

Though we are experienced litigators, we will also help you explore mediation or arbitration as a way to resolve your disputes. We can act as the mediator or arbitrator or serve as your counsel in a mediation or arbitration proceeding.
