He was named as a Northern California Super Lawyer and is a member of the California and San Francisco Bar Associations.
He has tried, as Lead Counsel, over 60 cases (including complex cases) to juries involving legal malpractice,medical malpractice, products liability,intellectual property, business fraud, and various types of torts and personal injury.
